October signals a perfect time to inspect window locks, door hinges, and entry hardware to maintain top-tier home security. Maintaining structural home safety insurance protects you from severe repair bills if hardware mechanisms degrade or structural seals fail over time. It maintains a secure home environment so your family stays safe and comfortable through changing schedules. Checking your protection options today keeps your property well-fortified against everyday wear and tear.

My name is Brittany Burkhard, and I’m proud to serve as a State Farm agent here in Cornelius, NC, where I help individuals, families, and small business owners understand their coverage options and feel confident in the decisions they make. As a third‐generation State Farm agent, I grew up watching my grandfather, mother, and father support their communities through this work, and their example inspired me to continue the family legacy.

I graduated from NC State University with a degree in Business Entrepreneurship, and I’m proud to be part of the Wolfpack community. I’m also a triplet, and outside the office I enjoy spending time with my husband, Michael, and our English Springer Spaniel, Otis. Whether hiking in the mountains during the summer or skiing in the winter, I love exploring the outdoors. I am licensed to provide insurance in both North Carolina and South Carolina, allowing me to support customers throughout the region.

My team and I assist customers across Cornelius, Davidson, Huntersville, Mooresville, Charlotte, Denver, Statesville, Lake Norman, and surrounding areas with Auto Insurance, Homeowners Insurance, Renters Insurance, Condo Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, Pet Insurance, and Personal Articles Insurance, along with high‐level Banking services available through State Farm. We take the time to understand your needs and provide clear guidance as you review your current protection or explore new options.

Building long‐term relationships is important to us, and we value the opportunity to support customers through different stages of life. Whether you’re new to the area or have lived here for years, my team and I are here to help you explore your options and feel informed about your coverage.
